Orders received by Wednesdays 12pm EST can be picked up Thursday 6pm to 8pm EST.

• 370 Stone Rd W, Guelph, ON N1G 4V9  -  Mastermind Toys parking lot

Orders received by Fridays 12pm EST can be picked up on Saturday 10am to 2pm EST.

1. During the checkout process, the customer must select in the Delivery Method section select “Local Pickup” and the closes desired location.

2. Our Customer Service team will send an email confirmation to the customer of the pickup date, time and location, otherwise, the pickup remains pending.

3. We will also send an email confirmation, 2 hours prior, to indicate the confirmed pickup date, time and location.

Note: If the customer fails to arrive at the 1st pickup, Enchant Your Senses will send a follow-up email for an option to schedule a 2nd pickup date, time and location.  No service charge.

* EYS email confirmation, 2 hours prior, will indicated 2nd confirmed pickup date, time and location.* 

However, if the customer fails to arrive for 2nd pickup, there will be a $25 service fee for delivery charge or refund less 20% for re-stocking fee.
