Crushed Ice Ingredients
12 Organic dried Butterfly Pea Flower
2 cups (500 ml) of hot Water
1 cup of White Sugar
4 cups of Water
¾ cup of Lemon Juice
Use 12 organic dried butterfly pea flowers.
Pour hot water directly on the dried flowers inside the cup. Use a tea infuser as an option.
Steep for 3-4 minutes. Remove the tea infuser or dried flowers.
Wait until the water cools, pour the water into an ice cube tray and freeze the water.
In a small sauce pan, combine the white sugar, water and lemon juice until the white sugar dissolves.
Cool to room temperature, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Crush the frozen ice cubes in a blender and add 1 cup of crushed ice into a cup.
Pour in 1 cup of chilled lemonade and stir.
Add another ½ cup of crushed ice.
